Non-contact 3D surface profiler machine BW series is inspection of surface contour. (roughness) Measuring height on a surface, as well as creating a 3D images, the height is read with the Two Beam Interference Objective Lens system and Nikon-specific height measurement method. Up to 0.001 nm or 1 picometer, suitable for measuring smoothness and roughness with the machine available as a manual system and fully automatic system.
