In July 2025, the Surveying Instruments Division organized a training program on the use of the Trimble R980 high-precision GNSS receiver for officials of the Royal Forest Department. The training focused on establishing survey control points and delineating boundaries with high accuracy. The company’s experts provided demonstrations and guided participants in collecting real field data, which was processed using Trimble Business Center (TBC) Software to compute baselines and adjust the network for a static survey.
The session also included an explanation of the report outputs, ensuring participants’ clear understanding and confidence in the accuracy and reliability of the established control points.
