A non-contact 3D surface profiler utilizing White-Light Interferometry Technology. It is designed for nanometer-level surface inspection, specifically for measuring large samples that require high accuracy.
Key Features:
• Non-Contact Measurement:
Measures surfaces without physical contact, ensuring the workpiece is undamaged. Ideal for almost all surface types, including soft and delicate materials.
• Telecentric Lens System:
Enables effective measurement inside deep holes or on steep surfaces, with non-shadowing or occlusion effects.
• High Vertical Resolution:
Provides ultra-high resolution at the nanometer level, enabling detection of the finest surface flatness and roughness details.
• High Vertical Scan Range:
Offers a vertical scanning range of up to 70mm, allowing measurement of samples with significant height differences or step heights.
• Large Field of View:
Covers a measurement area of approximately 37 × 28mm. Additionally, image stitching capability allows the measurement area to be extended up to 87 × 78mm.
