The Product Training and Service Maintenance Guidelines
On April 27, 2026, the Medical Instruments Division facilitated a product training and service maintenance guidelines for technical service engineers on the A.R.C Laser Model: Classic 514 from Germany.
The training focused on basic product knowledge, disassembling, and problem-solving, based on the various Error Codes, to help increase their understanding and confidence in the product.
