The Gear Measurement function is a standard function in NEXIV AutoMeasure software that enables you to automatically measure the whole gear according to inspection criteria defined by JIS/ISO.
 
The gear measurement function significantly reduces the measurement time and improves the productivity of work with automated measurements through the NEXIV AutoMeasure Program, which is fast and has high accuracy. The gear measurement function supports a variety of gears, such as Spur Gears, Internal Gears, Rack Gears, etc.
 
This function helps NEXIV and iNEXIV users that use AutoMeasure software to automatically measure the whole gear by entering the specifications parameter of the gear, and the program will calculate the values of the gear automatically. The user can use the functions in the program to find the desired value, such as Base tangent length, Pitch deviation, overpin diameter, etc.
