On July 24th–26th, 2023, the Surveying Instruments Division participated in an academic conference seminar training project aimed at increasing the mechanical personnel efficiency of the Provincial Administrative Organization. The mechanic office of the Chiang Mai Administrative Organization, together with the Provincial Administrative Organization of Thailand Technicians Club, were the hosts of this event, which was held at the Impress international conference hall at the Impress Chiang Mai hotel. There were many participants, such as directors, project managers, engineers, operators, etc.
We brought many products to show in our booth, such as the Trimble R12i GNSS, the Trimble MX50 mobile mapping system, WingtraOne Gen II, and our new product, the Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), the Proceq GS8000. The Proceq GS8000 allows users to scan underground assets such as pipelines, rebar, etc. at a maximum depth of 10 meters. Users can get a clear image of the underground in 2D and 3D as they walk and also digitize on-site findings and put them on the map and send them to CAD/GIS. The Proceq GS8000 gained a lot of interest from participants.
