Nowadays, that has been assembled using automated machinery to place and align microelectronic components. It has launched two state-of-the-art solutions—SPI & AOI—that help optimize part inspection. in the semiconductor backend manufacturing industry and SMT PCBA by 3D AOI solution. The system consists of a high-resolution camera module that can detect the smallest defects. With a 12 MP camera resolution of 15um/px and a motorized Z-Height function, it increases productivity and reduces false calls by identifying defects early on to achieve the goal of value.
In addition, the new 3D AOI solution uses A.I. Auto Programming Technology, a system that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate the process of creating AOI monitoring system programs. If there are as many as 500 microelectronics, it takes less than 10 minutes to create a program, which can reduce the time it takes to create a program by 88 percent.
The 3D AOI solution incorporates advanced AI algorithms to increase accuracy and reduce the fault call rate of microelectronics through the A.I. VVTS feature. This increases efficiency and reduces the downtime of production lines as well.
