NIKON NEXIV MapMeasure Software is optional software for NEXIV AutoMeasure. It can be used with NEXIV and iNEXIV machines to assist in measuring multiple workpieces simultaneously. This software is particularly useful for tasks involving mass production or a high volume of workpieces that require inspection.
 
NEXIV MapMeasure Software offers a multitude of functions to increase efficiency and reduce measurement time for your workpieces. With MapMeasure Software, you can freely configure workpiece placement and the number of workpieces to be measured. You can also set the distance between workpieces, select the measurement direction, and choose which pieces to measure or skip. The program displays measurement results as OK, NG, or Measurement error results, which are presented in a different color-code within the program's interface. This makes it easy to distinguish between good and substandard workpieces. Additionally, you can view individual data to assess quality and improve production processes. The program also generates automatic data files for all measurements taken, and file formats can be customized to satisfy specific data recording requirements.
