PolyWorks Inspector is a 3D measurement and analysis software that helps inspect production quality. Measurement results can be displayed in real time. Connectable to both the LK CMM and the Nikon Portable Arm MCAx S.
 
• Full control of the LK CMM and laser scanner systems.
• Easily create measurement programs and automate measurement tasks.
• Supports creating measurement programs both with and without 3D CAD files.
• Complete dimensional function and includes geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T).
• Export the measurement result directly into Excel form and calculate various statistical values (SPC, Cp, and Cpk).
• Save measurement reports in many formats, such as CSV, XLS, PDF, JPEG, and others.
