ViTrox’s latest TR3000i Tray-to-Tape and Reel Vision Inspection Handler is the new generation of machine vision inspection solutions to support emerging industries such as 5G, IoT, Automotive, Industry 4.0, etc. TR3000i has many innovative inspection capabilities and handles packages up to 120mm x 120mm. It is suitable for various IC package types, including BGA, QFP, QFN, CSP, TSSOP, MSOP, and SOP.
TR3000i is capable of inspecting defects such as WETQFN, SiP, Lid Gap, Die Crack, Inner Crack, Side Exposed Copper, and more. With multiple pick-up nozzles, TR3000i maximizes the machine throughput up to UPH 80,000 for tray to tray. Meanwhile, with the improved pick and place nozzle mechanism for tape and reel, it maximizes machine throughput up to UPH 25,000 for tray to reel. In addition, TR3000i is equipped with programmable and automated nozzle pitch conversion to minimize setup time. TR3000i also provides fast and fully computerized tape range conversion. With these features, TR3000i achieves high-speed tray-to-tape and reel inspection.
