MACSima™ Imaging Platform
The core principle of the MACSima instrument is its use of MICS (MACSima Imaging Cyclic Staining) Technology, a workflow consisting of three continuously repeated steps:
(1) Staining (2) Imaging (3) Erasure
This system enables the detection of over 100 protein targets (hundreds of markers) and offers the capability to analyze RNA targets on the same tissue section (same-section multiomics), unlocking new perspectives for research in spatial biology.
With these deep molecular insights, researchers can accurately discover and validate molecular biomarkers, accelerating the development of precision medicine approaches for more effective and personalized disease prevention and treatment.
