New product training at Astec in Japan
January 29 to 31, 2025, the Scientific Instruments Division sent a team of engineers and product specialists to attend new product training at Astec in Japan.
The objective was to enhance knowledge of the products, maintenance skills, and calibration techniques. The training covered new products such as the EC10 Embryo Culture Incubator and the ASTEC Image Viewer Software for managing and analyzing embryo images from the Time-lapse Incubator system. The training also included learning about new calibration techniques and how to replace sensors based on their lifespan. The knowledge gained will be shared with engineers and the sales team to improve customer service and support.
